Have you experienced anything odd with Challenger Sudoku?

Please go through the list of known issues below and see if we already have a solution for you. If that doesn't help, please contact us on support@challengersudoku.com and tell us about your problem.

Known Issues:

  • There's no audio in the speakers when I play Challenger Sudoku?

    If you can hear the audio from Challenger Sudoku through headphones but not through your iPhone/iPad speakers, you probably have the mute button switched on. Unlike many other apps, Challenger Sudoku respects the mute button and the game will be silent through the speakers even if the volume is turned up to the max.

  • When try to connect to play someone, it hangs?

    First make sure that mobile data is enabled. If it still doesn't work, try rebooting your device with the "Power off" slider and also check if there are any pending iOS updates. If there are, please install the update before trying again.

  • Can you give me any tips or tricks for how to play?

    Get practicing! Play the bot, so you get used the new way of playing Sudoku. This will enable you to get used to seeing where the bonus points are and how to get them.

  • I purchased the game by accident. Can I get a refund?

    We don't handle the sales of the game ourselves and can't issue refunds from here. You will have to request a refund from Apple via the Report A Problem Page.

I did not find an answer for my question, what do I do?
